James Turnbull and Jess Blackwell, expert trainers of The AI for Medical Affairs Course, are highly experienced leaders in AI-enabled medical communications and omnichannel strategy:
James Turnbull is a recognised pioneer in applying AI to Medical Affairs. As the Founder of Camino, an omnichannel-native medical communications agency, he has led the development of AI-enabled solutions for pharma and spoken at leading industry conferences including ISMPP, MAPS and PING. With over fifteen years in leadership roles, he has helped healthcare brands grow through innovative approaches.
Jess Blackwell, Executive Director and Co-Founder of Camino Communications, brings more than 17 years of experience in healthcare communications. She specialises in omnichannel strategy, adult learning theory, and the design of digital learning platforms. A regular speaker on innovation and generative AI in pharma, she created the the sold-out conference Adventures in Pharma.
