Luc De Langhe

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Luc founded CELforPharma in 2005 and managed its growth since then. He is the firm’s business architect, manages the leadership team and faculty relations, and is responsible for new product and business development. He has over 35 years of commercial and service development experience in the pharma industry and life sciences professional services, of which almost 30 years internationally.

Prior to CELforPharma, Luc was Vice President Europe with Decision Resources, a US-headquartered healthcare research and consulting company. Former functions include roles at Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis), Eli Lilly and Management Centre Europe. Luc holds a M.Sc. in Bio-engineering and Postgraduate master degrees in Hydrologic Engineering and Business Administration.

Annelies Swaan

Managing Partner and Director, Business Operations

Managing a team of operational staff, Annelies is responsible for the planning and implementation of all business processes in course delivery and marketing communications, as well as for the corporate admin function. Together with Inge, she is responsible for achieving the company’s revenue, EBIT and client satisfaction objectives.

She holds a Master in Translation and a Postgraduate master degree in Business Administration.

Inge Cornelis

Managing Partner and Director, Client & Product Projects

Inge joined in 2017 and is responsible for client-tailored training solutions, product (re)development projects, expert faculty relations and product communications support. She also contributes to the company’s business performance with business intelligence projects and by developing decision-support tools.

Together with Annelies, she is responsible for achieving the company’s revenue, EBIT and client satisfaction objectives.

Prior to CELforPharma, Inge worked for 9 years at Decision Resources Group and 5 years at Materialise NV in account and project management roles, most recently as a Global Key Account Director. Inge holds a Master in Science of Engineering and a Postgraduate master degree in Business Administration.

Lindsey Habets

Digital Marketing Associate

Lindsey joined our marketing team in early 2019 and is responsible for CELforPharma’s e-mail marketing (developing the campaigns from A to Z), as well as for the implementation of several critical tasks in marketing communications: updating the website, the follow-up of information and brochure requests, recording and reporting statistics, etc.

With a professional background in marketing administration, Lindsey holds a Bachelor degree in Communication Management and speaks fluently Dutch, English and French.

Kealeigh Steel

Senior Programme Coordinator

Kealeigh joined in 2019 and is responsible for administrative tasks in the process of following up registrations up to post-course correspondence, as well as for customer service tasks during courses.

With a professional background in customer service and general administration, most recently with the Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe, she holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing from the Waterford Institute of Technology Ireland.

Romy Van Rompuy

Marketing & Database Administrator

Romy joined our marketing team in September 2019 and is responsible for keeping the marketing databases up-to-date and for implementing tasks towards the growth of the databases. She is also working on search engine marketing.

She holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Hogeschool Gent and a Bachelor degree in Cross Media Management from Karel de Grote Hogeschool Antwerpen.

Barbara Bruce-Boye

Course Administrator

Barbara joined in 2020 and is responsible for administrative tasks in the process of following up registrations up to post-course correspondence, as well as for customer service tasks during courses.

She holds a Bachelor degree in European Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Bianca joined in 2022 and is responsible for administrative tasks in the process of following up registrations up to post-course correspondence, as well as for customer service tasks during courses.

With a professional background in customer service, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria.
