The Value Dossier is a document produced by headquarters, but used by the national marketing organizations. It covers the ‘value story’ of your brand along with the evidence that underpins the value messages: How will your brand address unmet needs? - What added value does your brand provide over current treatment algorithms? – What are the opportunities in the market that your brand will be able to tap into? - etc.
Such Value Dossier is of great value for the local marketing affiliates since it covers invaluable information for their dialogue with local stakeholders. Of course, they need to expand it first to ensure it is adapted to local market requirements. The Value Dossier will promote efficiency and alignment between local affiliates, helping them to achieve rapid and successful market access for new products. When to start a Value Dossier? Ideally, just before the start of phase III although, obviously, it can only be finalized when phase III trial results are available. |
